Monocouche Renders
Traditional rendering suffers from inherent problems due to Construction Practices. Differing sand/cement mixes; hollowing, shrinkage cracking and crazing are likely to occur as insufficient time is given between the application of coats. Two coats of masonry paint are then applied blocking the renders ability to breathe. This traditional method of Rendering and painting means a tradesman must visit the same area on 4 separate occasions, which is both expensive and time consuming.
Now a better finish can be achieved with only one visit.
Now a single product has been developed to satisfy all these requirements - "Monocouche”. Monocouche Renders represent a single product that is weatherproof and coloured. Carefully selected colours and aggregates make up the range of Monocouche Renders that produce a decorative finish that will mature naturally and blend with its surroundings, giving years of a trouble free finish.
Finishes: Scraped, scraped with ashlar joints, stone or textured
Colours: Available in over 200 colours.
Application: Spray applied Monocouche Renders offer the most highly efficient and cost effective method of rendering large and modest areas. Smaller areas may be hand applied.
